What information do we collect?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or otherwise contact us.
How do we process your information?
We process your personal information for the following purposes, depending on how you interact with our Services:

- →To deliver AI property targeting, render generation, and postcard fulfilment services.
- →To process your prepaid postage wallet top-ups via Stripe.

AI-based products
Our core product uses AI to identify and visually grade property prospects. This involves processing satellite imagery, parcel data, and user-specified criteria through large language and vision models. All personal data processed through our AI pipeline is handled securely and is not used to train third-party AI models without explicit consent. We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
How long do we keep your data?
We retain your data for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations (such as tax records, which may require up to 7 years). Prospect search history and postcard dispatch logs are retained for 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Children & minors
Our Services are designed for business professionals and are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, do not use our Services. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Do-Not-Track controls
Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) signal. Currently, there is no standardised industry interpretation for DNT signals, so we do not respond to them at this time. If a standard is adopted, we will update this notice accordingly.
United States resident rights
If you are a California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, or other US state resident with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights under CCPA, TDPSA, or equivalent statutes, including the right to know what personal data is collected, the right to delete personal data, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal data. Updates to this notice
We may update this notice periodically to reflect changes in law, our practices, or how we build the product. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this notice and, where required by law, notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Social logins
We offer sign-in via Google and other social providers through Clerk. When you do, we receive basic profile data (name, email, avatar) from your provider. We use this data only to provision your Assetlens account. We will never post to your social profiles or access any data beyond what is necessary for authentication.
